By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of these external services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the platform, excluding user-generated writing, are the property of EssaycraftEDU or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the writing they submit but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

EssaycraftEDU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
